Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your order please email info@chessellpotterybarns.co.uk.

In the case of goods that are faulty or not as ordered, they can be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

If the goods are as ordered, but you are not entirely satisfied with them, then you may return them for an exchange or credit (excluding delivery charges). Please return these goods within 10 days in their original condition and in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
